1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting Google Ads, accessing the dashboard, or using AdStopLoss, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Overview

AdStopLoss is monitoring and alerting software for Google Ads performance. The service reads Google Ads account, campaign, and metrics data to provide dashboards, anomaly detection, and optional email alerts.

AdStopLoss is read-only. It does not pause campaigns, edit budgets, change bids, create campaigns, edit ads, or perform Google Ads write actions.

3. User Responsibility

AdStopLoss may help identify potential ad spend issues, but it cannot guarantee that every issue, anomaly, tracking problem, or wasted-spend event will be detected.

You remain responsible for reviewing alerts, validating data, making advertising decisions, and managing your own Google Ads accounts.

4. No Performance or Financial Guarantee

AdStopLoss does not guarantee advertising results, financial outcomes, cost savings, revenue improvements, return on ad spend, or campaign performance.

Alerts, dashboards, and recommendations are informational and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional advertising advice.

5. Account Permission Requirements

You must have permission to connect any Google Ads account or manager account to AdStopLoss.

You may not connect accounts you do not own, manage, or have authorization to monitor.

6. Prohibited Misuse

You may not use AdStopLoss to access accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, attempt to extract tokens or secrets, overload the system, reverse engineer private systems, or use the service in a way that violates law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

7. Beta and Availability

AdStopLoss is an MVP and may be in beta. Features, data coverage, alert logic, integrations, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Service availability may vary because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party API limitations, Google Ads access restrictions, or other operational factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdStopLoss is provided as-is and as-available. AdStopLoss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service, missed alerts, data delays, ad account decisions, or third-party platform behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically as the AdStopLoss platform evolves.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
